How much time do you devote to prayer a day?

Do you also overlap prayer with daily activities? Or do you mostly sit down and solely dedicate a certain amount of time to God alone. Or do you wish you prayed more? Or do you find prayer tedious and rather fill your day with good actions? What is your attitude toward prayer? And how do you pray?

Prayer shouldn’t just be a ritualized activity that you do X amount of times at specific intervals.

Yes, pray for your food and when you go to bed but after that you can pray to God as often as you like.

When you see something that inspires appreciation for his works for example why not tell him? They don’t all have to be long or any specific length.

The Bible says to pray incessantly.

I can’t tell you how much time I devote to prayer because anything throughout the day could spur me to pray to God. :-)

Edit: I’d also like to add that no where in the Bible does God forbid us from praying while on the go. Yes, there should be times that you give all your attention to God in prayer, but that doesn’t mean you can’t give God a quick "Thank you!" while you are doing your daily tasks.
