Is there a bible verse that will tell someone that you need jesus?
My grandmom is jewish, and I have been trying to talk to her about christ. She says that she has been a good person, and that will get her into heaven. I need a bible verse that I can tell her that says that you can’t get to heaven without Jesus, but I don’t know where to find one. Help!

Maybe you don’t understand what being Jewish means. The KJV doesn’t mean anything to people that don’t believe in it, smart guy. Should I quote the Quran to you? Will that convince you to become Muslim?

Leave her alone, honey! She has a right to her own faith and a right to do as she pleases. She grants you as much, and she is older and wiser than you. Show her faith some respect and return the favor.

How about John 8:24? If you don’t believe that Jesus is who He says, then you will die in your sins. John 14:6 Jesus says that He is the way, the truth, and the light and no man comes to the Father except through Him. I think those two alone would be effective. God Bless

You seem to forget that the Jews are God’s chosen people and have a get out of Hell free card. The Torah says:
Deuteronomy 14:2, "For you are a holy people to YHWH your God, and God has chosen you to be his treasured people from all the nations that are on the face of the earth."
So there is no need to convert your grandmother to Jesus. Now please learn to respect the religion of others.

Hi, there is no one liner that you can use to explain Jesus as the savior to a member of the Jewish faith, the old testament describes the Messiah..and the new testament confirms him, all of the Catholic Doctrine comes from the old testament, it has the old covenant defined & Shown Why there is a new covenant with Jesus who even said new & everlasting covenant, Our traditions , our mass, our sacrifice, our laws are all old testament Jewish Teachings from moses brought to new meaning by Jesus. You are not going to simply say grand-mom you must except Jesus as your savior, nor can you say believing in is all you need, Jewish Customs run deep, Jewish Holidays Define The Jewish people, Mearly saying I have a personal relationship with jesus & i am saved by jesus ,,without worship & sacrifice, is Not understandable By A people who have a great reverence & understanding of the Torah..( word of God ) and a Law passed on by tradition. The Closest Christian Faith to the Jewish Faith is the Catholic Church..you would do best to read the Catechism of the Catholic Church to see How similar they Truly are and maby you then can explain Jesus to you Grand Mom…..

There are many.

Perhaps you shouldn’t be preaching to your elders until you’re able to find relevant Bible verses on your own.
If your grandma doesn’t believe in Jesus, believe me, there is NOTHING you or anyone can say that is going to prove it to her. Also, don’t overlook the fact that the Jewish religion was established by God. Judaism is not a false religions worshipping a false god.
The most productive thing you could do for her is pray. Pray for your grandma.
