Do you agree that Jesus = Horus?

Why is it not obvious to people that Jesus is simply the continuation of the Egyptian god Horus, respun for Jews via Old Testament exegesis? Even the birth story is straight out of astrotheology. Revelation is also obviously astrotheological.

Most historians will not admit this, but, most historians are Christians, so I wouldn’t expect them to be unbiased on this point. They start with the assumption Jesus was god incarnate and go from there, so of course they are never going to reach the straightforward conclusion.

This knowledge has existed for well over a 100 years, long before the Zeitgeist movie began to popularize it.
