I’ve always been confused between the differences of these three things. Although fairly similar, I don’t think they’re the same thing. If you had to say, what do you think the difference between spirituality, religion, and ethics are?

i think you can believe that someone made dna, without believing that people have souls, or an afterlife.
i think that being spiritual doesn’t make one automatically religious, you can believe we have a soul/spirit, without believing in god.
a religious person usually believes both, and has a set system of practices and specific beliefs based on that belief. religion usually has it’s own set of ethical standards.
i think a person can be ethical regardless of which category they fall into,
unfortunately the word itself means many things to many people.

Learning Who Wrote The Bible and the Languages used .
To understand who wrote the bible and which languages it was recorded in, it is necessary to recognize that the bible was written by many different people and groups over very many years that began over two thousand years ago.
It is very hard to know the facts of the time for there were limited means of recording with the main method being the singing of songs to preserve history and telling family stories handed down to the following generation of children .
The written word was limited due to the scarcity of quality parchment used to make scrolls and also by the limited pool of learned writers who could actually write and record the events that happened . What they wrote down is not necessarily what they heard but what they thought they heardt from the stories and songs they in turn were told . It may have been in a different language also requiring an interpreter to translate.
There were a number of different languages in use at different times due to the invasions by different tribes and cultures over many years.
So, what were some of the different languages used by the scholars who wrote the Bible.
Hebrew was the main language that was used for the recording of the Old Testament but also there was a period of time where Many other languages were used and this most certainly influenced who wrote the Bible and what language was used to record the resulting books .
There was the commonly used Aramaic tongue which had its origins in Syria which became the preferred language of trade and commerce in Persia.
